Q : Why hasn't my package arrived?
A : We usually ship orders within 1-3 days after your payment has been confirmed, and give you the tracking number afterward. Please wait 14 working days after your payment while checking the tracking number in Fedex website. If until 14 working days your package still haven’t arrived, and there’s no update on the Fedex website, do not hesitate to contact us through email or Whatsapp, we will gladly assist you.

Q : I ordered the wrong size, can I request an exchange?
A : Unfortunately we can't do product exchange, please review it carefully before you place an order.

Q : Why I haven’t got my tracking number for my order?
A : Sometimes, the orders are overwhelming and it takes a few days to process it all. Please kindly wait 1-3 working days after the payment for your order to be shipped. If the delay takes longer than 3 days, we usually contact you via email to let you know about the delay.

Q : Why are there only a few sizes that are available?
A : We don’t always restock each of our products and there is always a possibility for us to make a mistake in updating the website. If you want a specific product that has no size that you prefer, you can contact us through Instagram to ask about the availability or if it will be restocked.
Q : Is there another option for the shipping? Can I use standard mailing instead?
A : Unfortunately we only use Fedex for now because we had unpleasant experience when using the postal service before.

Q : Why is there only Fedex Priority that is available?
A : Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Fedex only ran its Priority service, they temporarily suspend economic services.
